Back Office Specialist


Job Description

  • Processing pension and insurance-related payment tasks
  • Handling payments, bookings and external cost processing
  • Working with month-end activities, such as accounts reconciliation and accruals
  • Working together with the team on continuous process improvement
  • Ensuring work quality and standards


  • Working experience in the Accounting area
  • Academic degree in Economics or Finance
  • Accurateness, attentiveness to details
  • Competence to learn new things in a constantly changing environment
  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented personality
  • Fluency in English
  • Intermediate Excel skills
