Regional Sales Manager (Estonia)

Job Description

  • Active sales of factoring products to Estonian companies
  • Developing and executing sales strategy in Estonian market
  • Searching for new clients in subordinate area
  • Negotiating, solving problems and coordinating tasks with customers
  • Building long-term relationships with clients
  • Building a successful sales team from the ground up in the near future

 
Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful sales experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent Estonian and English language skills are a must
  • Previous experience in finance would be an advantage
