Our client – Victory Funds is an investment management company supervised by the bank of Lithuania. The company work with investors who aim to invest their funds into unique Real Estate projects developed by market leaders. We are currently looking for a Investors‘ relationship manager. The position is aimed to be the key contact point for investors thus we would appreciate a committed, communicative personality with outstanding leadership skills, and the ability to demonstrate competence while delivering results.
Job Description
- Develop the tactics to engage with new investors locally and on the international level
- Develop new leads and engage with new potential investors regularly
- Nurture relationships with existing investors
- Act as a key contact point for investors‘ daily questions; present information to them regarding project status, market review, or company insights on economic trends
- Understand investors‘ preferences and employ your insights in order to drive the best results
- Communicate openly about company prospects, and plans and create a trustable relationship with the investors‘ community
- Present financial data to investors with the ability to explain it in a detailed manner if needed
- Design customized proposals for new investment opportunities based on investors‘ preferences or/and the best company practices
- Share insights with funds managers and regularly inform them about investors‘ feedback if needed
- Create the potential investors‘ pool for all upcoming company opportunities
- Apply the highest professional standards while maintaining a relationship with investors
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, client, or investors relationship management
- Background in the finance or business administration field
- Proven track record in raising capital or working in investment area for at least 2 years
- Great communication skills and ability to keep things on track
- Troubleshooting skills in a professional manner
- Experience in networking and ability to engage with new people
- Ability to influence investors community and internal company stakeholders in order to deliver the best result for both parties
- International experience or experience working with foreign clients/investors
- Fluent in Lithuanian, English
