Responsibilities
- Leading and coordinating testing activities in dedicated business area in large IT Transformation project powered by newest technology
- Coordinating the work of test team (consisting of professional Test Engineers)
- Identifying testing scope and performing proper tasks assignment
- Managing creation, prioritization and execution of test cases based on business requirements
- Defects management, following up any outstanding open test risks / issues
- Preparing test progress reports and evaluating testing and development results
- Supporting in common test strategy and quality level implementation
- Planning and supporting during Integration Testing, Regression Testing and User Acceptance Testing phases
Requirements
- Experience in Test management role
- Knowledge of aspects of the software engineering process
- Understanding wide variety of testing methods, techniques and tools
- Leading and owning testing related activities
- Knowledge in test planning, tracking and reporting
