Our client – Lietuvos Draudimas is the largest insurance company in Lithuania. We’re looking for an Team Lead to join one of our Engineering teams. Your main responsibility will be the health, morale, and efficiency of your team.
In This Position, You Will
- Work in a team to improve environment and processes that make team live better
- Cooperate and collaborate closely with other leads and team members to ensure continuous improvements
- Apply Agile principles in your work
- Support evolution of SCRUM inside team
- Focus on the professional and personal growth of your team members, make their performance and growth reviews
- Build and maintain a team of people who trust each other, seek to learn&improve, and strive to be self-organize
About You
- Proven experience leading a software engineering team
- Proven experience in understanding and leading SCRUM
- Know how to make teams effective
- Have experience building team & hiring new team members
- Understand development/engineering processes
- You possess strong people management skills – have experience growing team maturity level and ensuring growth of team members
- Excellent in communicating with both technical and management levels
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and environment
- Fluent at communicating in spoken and written English
