Responsibilities
- Create, lead and implement talent acquisition strategies to hire top talent in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner
- Lead, manage, develop and inspire a team of recruiters; plan and conduct full-lifecycle recruitment process
- Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to ensure hiring needs are met
- Manage external partnerships (universities, job boards, HR software vendors and agencies); host recruitment, employer branding initiatives and events
- Design and improve diverse and inclusive hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Build talent pipelines and develop a network of potential future hires
- Design, analyze and assess key recruitment metrics to increase the effectiveness; develop insights of industry trends and new recruitment techniques
- Proactive support within all aspects of the HR function
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading a team in talent acquisition or HR function
- Experience in recruiting for IT professionals in the Tech/ shared services industry is a strong advantage
- Experience in an international, dynamic company
- Strategic and analytical thinking
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
- Planning and organizing skills
- Service orientation, Can-do attitude
- Proficient spoken and written Lithuanian and English skills
- University degree (preferably in HR, Business, or related field)
