Responsibilities

• Create, lead and implement talent acquisition strategies to hire top talent in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner
• Lead, manage, develop and inspire a team of recruiters; plan and conduct full-lifecycle recruitment process
• Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to ensure hiring needs are met
• Manage external partnerships (universities, job boards, HR software vendors and agencies); host recruitment, employer branding initiatives and events
• Design and improve diverse and inclusive hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
• Build talent pipelines and develop a network of potential future hires
• Design, analyze and assess key recruitment metrics to increase the effectiveness; develop insights of industry trends and new recruitment techniques
• Proactive support within all aspects of the HR function

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading a team in talent acquisition or HR function
• Experience in recruiting for IT professionals in the Tech/ shared services industry is a strong advantage
• Experience in an international, dynamic company
• Strategic and analytical thinking
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
• Planning and organizing skills
• Service orientation, Can-do attitude
• Proficient spoken and written Lithuanian and English skills
• University degree (preferably in HR, Business, or related field)
