Job Description
- Deal with various banking and finance law issues for clients: banks, e-money institutions, payment institutions, investment funds, Fintech companies and other clients
- Help to develop Regulatory and Substantive Law Legal Services practices in the PwC Legal
- Assist clients with complex regulatory matters (licensing, regulatory compliance, business financing and other)
Requirements
- 3+ years of legal practice (experience in a law firm would be a strong advantage)
- To be interested or have a background in the Banking and Finance Law or corporate or employment law
- Law degree
- Excellent legal drafting skills
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and English
- Proactive approach in team work, reliability and responsiveness
- Strong drive and time management, ability to decide and prioritize independently
