About the position
As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for the supervision of accounting, reporting and month-end closing processes of SEB Investment Management AB. You will be responsible for preparation of consolidated financial statements, Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR), KPI reporting and contribution during the Audit process. You will be working together with two accountants while helping them to succeed in their deliveries and solve more complex issues. Together with the team, you will be responsible for the process changes and improvements, efficiency and contribution to high-quality performance. Stakeholder management is an inseparable part of daily activities involving participation in the meetings, escalation and solution of issues, focusing on cooperation. Your work language will be English and occasional travelling abroad might be required.
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have experience in accounting and financial reporting, knowledge of IFRS, have very good spoken and written English skills, as well as good computer literacy (especially Excel). You are expected to have a keen eye on the details, willingness to learn new things and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
