Our client – Workis.online, a platform that connects employers and employees, simplifying job search and work management. By automating task assignments, work tracking, and payments, they streamline labor relations for smooth local and international interactions. They are looking for a Python, Django, and PostgreSQL developer to join their team, contributing to the development of the Workis.online platform and internal tools.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining backend solutions with Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and REST
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver business-aligned features
- Ensuring high-quality code and best practices with ownership of backend functionality
- Writing unit tests for reliability
- Contributing to product development and shaping future solutions
- Supporting business development by addressing key challenges
- Managing Python code and its infrastructure
- Collaborating with UI developers and providing user feedback
- Optimizing support processes with innovative solutions
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python, Django, and SQL (3+ years of backend experience)
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure (AWS is a plus)
- Skilled in writing unit tests and ensuring software quality
- Excellent English communication skills
- Collaborative mindset and team-oriented
