Our client – an ambitious and innovative company that develops renewable energy storage systems, invites an experienced Project manager to join the team, who will contribute his skills in project management, communication to stakeholders and effective collaboration with partners.

Job Description

• Manage BESS deployment on site and R&D projects
• Plan and schedule project timelines; tracking project deliverables using appropriate tools
• Define project tasks and resource requirements; develop full scale project plans
• Stakeholder management and communication, reporting on the project status
• Work with the team to ensure that projects meet the requirements not only of the Client but also any relevant regulatory bodies
• Identify and manage risk
• Manage Project’s budget and resources
• Manage a team of internal technical experts and coordinate the activities of outsourced resources
• Establish the Project Management principles, processes and tools in the organization
• Build a team of Project Managers in the future

Requirements

• 5 years Project Management or similar role experience
• Adaptability and creative problem solving
• Excellent organizational, communication, time management, leadership, motivation and team management skills
• Self-motivated, focused on the big picture, and driven towards the result
• Ability to communicate to stakeholders and people at all levels of the organization
• PMP or PRINCE certification is considered as an advantage
• An Engineering Degree or background in Energy Storage or the Energy sector
• Experience working on Projects or Products that follow V-model development cycle
• Experience in R&D or product development cycles
