Enery is leading the green energy transition through the acquisition, development, construction, and operation of large-scale renewable energy plants.
Job description
- Identifying potential sites for renewable energy projects, engaging with landowners, and securing viable locations
- Evaluating renewable energy projects at various stages of development for potential acquisition
- Planning, coordinating, and managing projects from inception to construction, ensuring smooth progress
- Overseeing contractors and subcontractors to maintain project integrity
- Acting as a liaison between company and public institutions and local communities
- Keeping abreast of industry trends to inform strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Not less than 3 years of experience in renewable energy project development. Wind projects would be considered as an advantage.
- A technical degree, preferably in electricity or energy, is beneficial
- Proven ability to manage projects efficiently
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Capacity to prioritise tasks to meet project deadlines
- Background in renewable energy, real estate, or infrastructure projects preferred
- Familiarity with the Lithuanian electricity network is advantageous
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian is required
- Drive and independence to excel in a dynamic work environment
