Head of IT Sales

Our client – Ashburn International, is a software development and payment card authorization solutions provider.
Responsibilities
- Manage team (until 4 people under direct control and 3-5 subcontractors)
- Ensure supply for needed equipment
- Sales and partner network development in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia
- Payment Transaction and EFT POS terminals sales to banks and cash registry companies
- Analysis and research of market and competitors
- Developing sales strategies and setting sales targets
- Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to management
Requirements
- We hope that you are very good in negotiations and strong enough to close the deal
- Experience in sales or projects management, 3 years at least
- Good analytic skills
- Leading projects effectively, proactively and on time
- Result oriented and able to work with different teams and perform individually
- Languages: Lithuanian, English (advanced), Russian (advanced level)
- Driving license
