Responsibilities

• Looking for IT talent for a variety of junior- and/or mid-level positions
• Using all possible recruitment tools and methods to find and attract the best candidates
• Full implementation of the selection project
• Communication within the company to find out the requirements of the projects and expectations
• Process improvement and development and the provision of the highest quality services

Requirements

• Successful experience in the Recruitment area and/or willingness to work with IT selections
• Fluency in English
• Motivation, willingness to cooperate and share ideas
• Ability to go into details on your own
• Drive communication and contact new people
