Head of payments and credit management

Our client – EBV Finance, the leading company in the Baltic region and one of the biggest tax refund service providers in Europe. Now they are looking for a Head of Payments and Credit Management.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and supervise payment transactions, financing, billing and cash management processes of the Company, including credit risk management
- Ensure daily management of the direct team performing financing to customers, payment transactions, issuing invoices, cash collection and allocation
- Monitor daily cash flow and develop cash management system in the Company working closely with Group treasury team on cash pooling and identifying alternative financing solutions
- Develop and implement effective credit risk management process, including relevant KYC procedures
- Monitor closely receivable and debt collection
- Manage Company’s bank accounts management (opening, closing, access rights etc.)
- Ensure preparation and timely delivery of the reports to partners, banks, agents, customers and Company’s management
- Continuous improvement of payments and credit management processes through systems integrations, automation and streamlining
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
- 3+ years experience in accounting and/or payments management/billing/financing or similar role. Experience in credit risk and debt management would be an advantage
- Proven experience in managerial position and teamwork planning
- Excellent problem solving and decisions making skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and focus on several projects on the same time
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Open and positive communication behavior
- Analytical and critical thinking, result orientation and responsibility
