Responsibilities
Develop People strategy aligned with business objectives
Ensure daily management of the HR & Administration department
Ensure right resources and competencies in right places to support business operations and growth
Enhance employee engagement and retention
Develop and execute full employee journey processes across the organization
Manage employee compensation & benefits
Drive employee growth & talent development
Advise and support GM and senior management on strategic and operative people issues
Analyse HR data, monitor KPI's, deliver reports and manage other HR metrics
Plan and control payroll, benefits, recruitment, trainings and office management budgets
Manage performance evaluation
Ensure efficient office and facility management, including Branches
Ensure HR systems and data management
Own Corporate Social Responsibility
Develop and implement HR policies
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Form, develop and maintain company’s organizational culture
Coordinate employee events and initiatives
Continuously build the Employer Brand
Understand the unique roles and responsibilities, strategic goals, and business plans of each division in order to provide a proactive HR service
Perform other tasks assigned by GM
Requirements
University degree
5+ years of experience in Human Resources leadership role
Fluency in written and spoken English
Solid experience in HR systems, processes and best practices know how
Excellent leadership skills
Track record in supporting a successful growth of an organization
Supportive, solution oriented mindset, ablity to deal with fast moving and multicultural environment
Excellent communication and influencing skills, conveys information with clarity and directness
Ability to deliver in complex situations
