Job description

• Organize ERGO's accounting in accordance with IFRS standards
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Organize the preparation and submission of annual reports, tax reports, and other required financial documents
• Lead and manage the Accounting Division
• Participate in company management
• Ensure high-quality service and effective communication within the company
• Develop and maintain internal control systems
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Continuously improve the effectiveness of the Accounting Division

Requirements

• Strong understanding of IFRS 17, IFRS 9, and other accounting standards
• University degree in Economics or Finance
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including at least 3 years as a Deputy Chief Accountant
• Experience in the insurance industry
• Experience in preparing IFRS Consolidated Annual Reports and Solvency II reports
• Fluency in English and one of the Baltic languages
• Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage people, resources, and time effectively
