Our client – Finora Bank, internationally fast-growing new bank, is financial partner for small and medium-sized companies, entrepreneurs, and creatives. Finora offers loans, leasing, factoring, and guarantees primarily to business customers.
Job description
- Lead and execute hands-on sales initiatives for business financing products such as loans, leasing, factoring and other additional new coming products
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through active cold-calling, expanding the client base, and enhancing market presence
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Proactively identify needs and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients
- Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and other forums to generate leads and build relationships
- Collaborate closely with M&C Manager to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns
- Manage the financing project from initiation to closing, ensuring adherence to project timelines, milestones, and deliverable
- Prepare and present regular reports on the status, progress, and performance of financing projects to senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
Requirements
- Hands-on sales management experience in B2B financial industry; working with business financing products such as loans, leasing, and factoring is a great advantage
- Understanding of financial products
- Familiarity or willing to familiarize yourself with the legal regulations and requirements related to business financing transactions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Pro-active and results-driven mindset with a history of achieving sales targets
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in oral and written communication in both Lithuanian and English
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and continuous learning mindset
