Job Description

We are looking for a talented Brand and Web Designer with 3+ years of experience to join the newly established Vilnius Design Studio at Wix's Design Guild. In this role, you will:

• Be part of a multi-disciplinary team including designers, illustrators, art directors, and technical designers.
• Work on a range of collaborative projects that impact many different areas of the company.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in the company, working on Wix’s global employer brand and employee experience.
• Work with an extensive range of mediums, primarily digital and web design, as well as print and physical assets such as conference branding and space design.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools and technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in branding and/or online design
• A passion for design from both a visual and content perspective 
• You have a great portfolio that shows working experience in digital design and building brand identity systems
• You have a deep knowledge of Adobe’s suite and Figma (Photoshop, Motion, and After Effects skills – an advantage) 
• You’re skilled in both brand design and image creation for traditional, digital, and motion applications
• Experience working with Wix Editor – also an advantage
• You’re a team player who can take ownership and lead projects independently from concept to execution

The Wix Design guild is a multidisciplinary in-house design studio of over 300 designers globally, with a mission to implement a cohesive and coherent brand strategy across all visual assets at Wix. Now, they are expanding their creative footprint with the launch of the Vilnius Design Studio – a new center for innovation, collaboration and design excellence. This team will serve as a creative powerhouse, bringing together talented versatile designers to a wide range of design tasks, enhancing the variety and velocity of our in-house design capabilities. With a focus on creativity, collaboration and user-first solutions, the team will play a key role in shaping the future of design at Wix.
