Customer Care Agent – German Language

Our client – EBV Finance is an international, rapidly growing team of professional specialists offering its customers very fast VAT and excise duty refund services from the EU countries as well as Switzerland, Norway and Liechtenstein.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for a defined group of customers
- Communicate with customers & authorities (solving issues, responding to requests, requesting documents)
- Communicate with 3rd parties if needed (lawyers, bailiffs, etc.)
- Prepare documents (contracts, POAs, etc.)
- Handle incoming e-mails (directed to the Customer Support team address)
- Manage ticketing system
- Entry metadata to digital documents in a digital repository
Requirements
- Excellent command of English and German or Danish languages
- Higher education
- Strong experience in a similar role
- Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
