Our client – EfTEN Capital – is the largest commercial real estate fund manager in the Baltic States. Today, EfTEN’s portfolio includes more than 60 commercial real estate buildings and over 1,300 tenants. The client is looking for a CRM System Manager to join their team.

Job Description

• Analyze and review tenant agreements and related documents
• Update and manage data within the CRM system
• Calculate and process municipal service charges for tenants
• Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate financial reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CRM system manager or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms and data management practices
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Proficiency in English
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
