CRM Marketing Specialist

Our client – Caverion – designs, builds, operates and maintains intelligent and energy-efficient solutions for buildings, industries and infrastructures in Northern, Central and Eastern Europe.
Responsibilities
In this job you will have a versatile role in the Marketing and Sales development team with
various tasks:
- Support and advice in all marketing automation related matters, such as designing and building automated marketing flows, creating email and form templates, handling day-to-day actions
- Test new development for sales and marketing
- Manage, analyse, and interpret analytics to measure performance, provide insights and spot weaknesses
- Monitor data quality and alert and support key users in fixing the issues
- Support the customer survey program with data segmentation and data cleaning and system support on our CX platform
Your experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar
- Background from planning full-scale marketing actions or support/consulting experience in this area
- Experience in working with CRM platforms or Marketing automation platforms. Beneficial if you also have worked with survey platforms before (e.g.Qualtrics).
- Some experience with statistical packages such as Power BI and Excel is beneficial
- Eagerness to work in an international environments and remote working set up
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian both spoken and written
- Strong self-starter and good collaboration skills
- Service mind-set, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Commercial awareness and a customer-oriented attitude
