Compliance Officer

Our client – Gravity is a financial services company, which is epicenter of crypto trading, institutional grade trustless trading infrastructure for crypto.

Responsibilities

• Client on-boarding – reviewing and authorising Private and Corporate client accounts, ensuring full KYC and Customer Due Diligence is completed
• Review and investigate PEP and Sanctions alerts
• Review and investigate Transaction Monitoring alerts
• Review and investigate potential fraudulent card payments
• Answer customer queries in relation to Compliance via email or telephone
• Any other duties commensurate with the role

Requirements

• 3+ years of compliance experience in the fintech or financial services/banking industry, working in AML/KYC teams
• Previous cryptocurrency experience or an understanding would be an advantage
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and build a good working relationship within the company and the team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English any other language would be an advantage
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, highly organised and motivated
