Job description

• Develop and communicate a clear vision aligned with market trends, customer needs, and shareholder expectations
• Lead comprehensive business planning for growth and diversification
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance
• Implement systems to optimize performance while maintaining sustainability and ethics
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, and monitoring to support strategic goals
• Make data-driven decisions to enhance profitability and manage risks
• Identify new opportunities and partnerships to accelerate growth and enhance competitiveness
• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability

Requirements

• Not less than 5 years of work experience in the position of a company manager or directly accountable department manager
• Knowledge of corporate governance principles and experience in good corporate governance
• Experience in implementing strategic changes and developing organizations
• Experience in managing company activities, finances, and risks, in the field of investment project management
• Higher education or equivalent qualification
• Skills in Lithuanian, Russian, and English languages (both written and oral)
• Analytical thinking, communicability, ability to clearly articulate thoughts
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, and cooperation with stakeholders
• Advantage – work experience in the fishing sector
• Advantage – experience in international cooperation or participation in international investment projects
• Advantage – experience in managing a group of companies
