Our client – is an international holding founded in Lithuania. The group unites companies that offer glass and packaging solutions and produce glass partitions, screens as well as packaging and building materials.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the business development strategy
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
- Improve B2B sales processes and upsell new services
- Analyze market and customer needs, identify new business development opportunities
- Supervision of cooperation agreements with customers
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales and/or business development
- Excellent sales, negotiation, communication, presentation and problem solving skills
- Passion for challenges and high achievement orientation
- Analytical skills with the ability to convert data into business insights
- Confidence in dealing with senior management level
- Proficiency in English and Estonian, Russian would be an advantage
