Job Description

  • Handling a high volume of internal employees support requests via phone
  • Providing internal employees by performing question/problem diagnosis in order to transfer call/case to appropriate technical support group
  • Resolving daily IT issues, working with IT order fulfillment
  • Reviewing support cases for technical and troubleshooting accuracy

Requirements

  • IT or technical background or experience
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong enthusiasm and desire to learn
  • Understanding ITIL processes would be considered as an advantage
