Job description
  • Recruit and coordinate interviews, references, and documentation for staff hiring
  • Schedule meetings and interviews with candidates
  • On-board new employees
  • Create talent pipelines for the company’s current and future hiring needs
  • Show initiative with Employer branding
  • Recommend improvements and simplifications of recruitment HR procedures

Requirements

  • Experience in all recruitment processes
  • Perfect communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent conversational skills
  • Punctuality and planning skills

Salary: 1200 to 1500 Eur (after-tax)
