Cooperation commitment

While cooperating with the Client we:

  • Meet with the Client directly and become familiar with the company, its history, values, culture, objectives and achievements.
  • Observe confidentiality and do not share the information provided about the Client with the third parties.
  • Discuss, in detail, the requirements for a future Candidate taking into account the experience, educational background, personal qualities, skills as well as additional requirements.
  • Create job advertisement ensuring that it contains clearly defined requirements, job description and that it leaves a positive impression about the company as an employer.
  • Make public the name of the company only upon receipt of the Client’s consent.
  • Meet with Candidates directly unless different selection process is agreed.
  • Present the Client’s company and position to jobseekers.
  • Introduce a Candidate to the Client only after we make sure that he meets the necessary requirements.
  • Present only those Candidates who gave their consent and confirmed the information they provided is correct.
  • Arrange and take part in meetings between Candidates and Clients.
  • Inform the Client about the progress of search and selection.
  • Help find agreement with the chosen Candidate regarding employment conditions and the start of employment.
  • Stay in contact with the Client during recruitment process, upon placement of a Candidate, following a lapse of a month after hiring and following a probationary period of a Candidate.
  • Seek to perform the agreed tasks within the planned deadlines.
  • Do not offer current employees of the Client to change jobs.

Amston Consultants expect the Client:

  • To appoint a responsible person for communication during recruitment process, who will provide correct information about the company’s situation, reasons for a search of a new employee, the offered salary and employment conditions as well as provide feedback to the Amston Consultant about the presented Candidates.
  • To inform Amston Consultant about the Candidates who approached the Client directly. Not to contact the presented Candidates without the knowledge of the Consultant before the selection is over or notify Amston representatives about the need to do so.
  • Not to check references of the Candidate without his consent and on no condition contact the current workplace of a Candidate.
  • To employ the chosen Candidate as soon as is practically possible upon agreement of both parties.
  • To pay for the provided services in a timely manner, in accordance with the provisions of the agreement.
  • To pay according to the provisions of the agreement should the Client employ a Candidate from the provided short list within two years.

While cooperating with a Candidate we:

  • To inform Amston Consultant about the Candidates who approached the Client directly. Not to contact the presented Candidates without the knowledge of the Consultant before the selection is over or notify Amston representatives about the need to do so.
  • Not to check references of the Candidate without his consent and on no condition contact the current workplace of a Candidate.
  • To employ the chosen Candidate as soon as is practically possible upon agreement of both parties.
  • To pay for the provided services in a timely manner, in accordance with the provisions of the agreement.
  • To pay according to the provisions of the agreement should the Client employ a Candidate from the provided short list within two years.

Amston Consultants expect a Candidate:

  • To arrive in time to job interviews and a meeting with the Client. Warn about possible postponement as early as possible as well as be reachable by telephone and e-mail.
  • To be honest and provide correct information about himself in a CV and during a job interview.
  • Not to contact the Client without the knowledge of the Amston Consultant before the selection is over. Should there be a need to contact the Client, a Candidate will notify Amston representatives thereof.
  • To arrive at an interview and a meeting with the Client properly prepared and having checked the information available about the company and the job vacancy.
  • To inform Amston about any changes with regard to interest in the offered position.
  • To inform Amston about participation in other selections as long as the current selection is in progress.
  • To inform Amston in case the current employer offers other employment conditions.
