  • Participate in development of the organization’s vision, policies and short-and long-term objectives
  • Increase effectiveness & organizational speed
  • Develop, implement and monitor operating budgets for areas of responsibility
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and recommend cost effective and efficient solutions

  • Master’s degree in Business Operations, Finance Management or related field
  • Experience in financial area
  • Project management experience
  • Work experience within the international company
  • Well-organized and self-directed team-player approach
  • Ability to make persuasive speeches and presentations
  • People management experience would be an advantage
