Job description

  • Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies
  • Provide support to manager in project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, organization transition, ready to change, capable to transfer
  • Preparing company data analysis, services presentations
  • Oversee team execution in accordance with project plans, tools, and methods, and support resource planning and acquisition
  • Provide direct support to managers  as they help their direct reports through transitions
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner


  • University degree (business management, organizational development filed would be advantage)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or organizational change management (experience in finance industry would be advantage)
  • Ability to analyse data, prepare presentations
  • Great time management and multitasking skills
  • Be able to act without guidance
  • High self-motivation, autonomy
